My Trip To Jeju 5.10 -9.10.2014

Assallamualaikum w.r.t and Greetings

Its been a very long time since i last visit my blog and was quite surprise to see my blog is still here.
I have been very busy with facebook hehehe

When i go through my previous posts, wah i think its embarrassing but never mind just let it be.

In this posts, I just want to share my most memorable pictures/memory on my visit to Jeju Island

Koreans use small pail and small towel for shower. Look at the picture above. If you are not use to it, bring your own towel.. heee.

My hotel provide breakfast, i think its traditional breakfast in Korea.

Rice porridge, kimchi, kimchi, green algae, bread, strawberry jam and yogurt drink.

We visit the traditional village, the uncle in the picture explained to us that in the old days, the Koreans keep pig pen next to the house, and the toilet is on top of the corner of the pig pen. The pig will eat the faeces.

He then brings us to see the pig pen with the toilet and the pig. I did not take any picture unfortunately.

More Korean food, i love lunch and dinner. Delicious ....

My motel or hotel or inn .. not sure

Some of beautiful scenery around jeju island

beautiful scenery and delicious food .. but i can not afford to shop. three times more expensive compare to my homeland ...

My Journey To Islamabad Pakistan 27-31.1.2012

Assallamualaikum w.r.t and greetings dear friends.

I went to Pakistan last January 2012 and to my surprise the country is actually a four season country. I have mistakenly believe that Pakistan weather is like my own country weather .. hot and humid Malaysia. For your information, Malaysia is on the equator and we have a lot of sun and rain.

Above : Look at the trees ... beautiful. Temperature around 14 degrees C.

Above : At Hotel Serena lawn ...beautiful hotel with very tight security. If i remember correctly, you have to pass two checkpoint complete with very fierce looking guards with riffle and bomb detector before you can reach the hotel entrance. Once you reach the hotel, you have to get pass through security check similar to the one you encounter at the airport - the luggage scan and body scan .. and I also have Pakistani special branch officer sleeping outside my room ... whoa .. i never felt this safe in my entire life ...except when doing my tawaf in Makkah of course.

Above : Mr. Babu Ji at Serena Hotel, Islamabad

Above : In Rawalpindi to do some shopping. Rawalpindi is cheaper compared to Islamabad. The water quality here is pretty bad and seems like there is no proper garbage disposal method. However, there is a public transportation .. lorry in myriad of colours .. quite cute actually. So dissapointed i did not manage to take picture with the lorry.

Above : outside the shops (something like a market) selling yards and yards of clothes. Btw .. i am informed that Pakistan produce the finest cotton in the world.

Above : picture taken from inside a car in Islamabad. Btw ..i do not think i can drive here, everyone just drive and honk every few minutes. Hardly anybody use the car signal. I wonder if there is any traffic rules applied here.

Above : I could resist putting up this picture. I think its a very nice picture..location : Islamabad.

In conclusion : Pakistan is a very beautiful country and i am very glad that Allah s.w.t. give me the opportunity to travel to Pakistan ..

Wassallam .. Kopi O Kaw Satu ... :)

Tip of Borneo 22.12 -23.12.2011

Pantai Kalampunian, Tg Simpang Mengayau, Kudat, Sabah - 22.12.2011

22.12.2011 - our families (consists of 6 families) went to Kalampunian beach to play at the seaside and have a bbq. All the children were ecstatic.

The seawater is crystal clear blue water with beautiful waves. The beach is a white soft sandy beach. There are no jelly-fish and shells and the water feels wonderful to the skin.

However please be careful, since the sand so soft, it came off easily when waves hits the shore. Children playing in the water must be supervised by adult at all times.

Adults who goes further out into the sea, must remain calm if your feet suddenly does not touch the ground. The sea bed (sand) must have came off with the waves when it hits the shore. Do not panick and just swim back to the shore.

BorneoTip Beach Lodge -22.12.2011

We stay at the BorneoTip Beach Lodge for the night

23.12.2011 - we go to the tip of borneo (by car heehee). Btw ..you can just walk to the tip of Borneo from this beach. (not that far)

Tanjung Simpang Mengayau, Kudat, Sabah (Tip Of Borneo) -23.12.2011

We went back to Kota Kinabalu (also known as KK) later in the evening and we went to Tg Aru beach in KK on the 25.12.2011

Tg. Aru beach, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah -25.12.2011

The water is clean though somewhat chocolate in colour... i miss Kalampunian beach. However, the kids do not mind and happily play with the sand.
